Lyman Hall Athletics
I am entering my 6th year coaching sports at Lyman Hall High School. I currently coach Varsity Field Hockey, and am the assistant coach for Boy's Swimming and Diving as well as Varisty Softball. As a former high school and college athlete I find athletics to be a great tool to teach life skills for young student athletes. Team building activities, wins and losses and most importantly bus rides bond high school athletes to shed the walls of society and create life long friendships and memories.
Each year the teams I coach raise money for cancer research and choose a local orgnization to donate the money too. This year our Field Hockey team donated to our School CNA who was battling Breast Cancer. It's a wonderful experience to see the students come together and see the big picture of life rather than if we win games. I couldn't be a more proud coach and I look forward to each and every season with the different athletes, no two seasons are ever the same nor would I want them to be.
